Ombeline is the nursery manager. A nurse for 11 years, she has worked in a wide range of health services and establishments, some of which catered for large numbers of young children. The early childhood sector has always attracted her, and after deciding to devote some time to her young children, she was keen to get involved in a project such as Les Bons Enfants. This commitment to the values that drive her echoes her years of scouting, and she is deeply enthusiastic about joining this wonderful adventure.
After two years of training at the center Père Faure (using the Montessori method), Brigitte chose to pursue her vocation in the early childhood sector. A graduate of the Centre d'Educateurs de Jeunes Enfants, she worked in a day-care center before devoting herself to raising her three children.
In 2004, Brigitte took part in the creation of a kindergarten in Boulogne, where she was in charge of pedagogical management for five years. Discovering the educational project of the Preschool des Bons Enfants enthralled her. She's keen to put her experience as director to work for the benefit of this wonderful team and its families!
A former certified teacher,
Hélène
has found the Preschool a place where she can develop professionally and happily put her knowledge of education into practice. Human warmth, family bonding and emotional security are keys that are particularly close to her heart. Her experience with her seven children has given her a wealth of activities, songs, readings... which she enjoys cultivating and enriching with her team.
After many years working in the social sector, Elizabeth
will be joining us in September 2023 to put her skills to work for young children! A Canadian, she is keen to get involved in an English-speaking project that makes sense. She was immediately enthusiastic about the Preschool des Bons Enfants educational project. She's committed to working with the team to help children grow up with beauty and good taste, and all in English!
Anne is an English-speaking caregiver with many years' experience working with children in families. Smiling, attentive and generous, she takes a particular interest in the youngest children, responding to their requests or needs with great thoughtfulness. As a mother of young children, Anne brings a reassuring maternal instinct to Les Bons Enfants. She also takes part in our Preschoool for 2-3 year-olds, much to the delight of the children!
Ségolène is a nurse. She brings her vision of the child's development in a global way and pays particular attention to the health aspect. She is delighted to help the children to grow in the respect of the pedagogical values which seem to her essential in a community life! Dynamic, creative and particularly attentive, there is no doubt that Ségolène brings a lot to our team!
Sixtine replaces Ségolène during her maternity leave. A qualified nursery nurse, she pays particular attention to the care and development of young children. After many years of experience in the medical field, she is delighted to be joining a multidisciplinary team dedicated to early childhood, and to be part of the Bons Enfants pedagogical project in which she finds herself!
Viviana has a CAP in early childhood education. After devoting a few years to raising her own children, she is now keen to get involved in the Preschool team for the good of the children. Her experience in various day-care centers has enabled her to develop valuable qualities such as gentleness and attentiveness. Everyone benefits from her generosity!
Blandine
joined us at the beginning of 2023 after a first experience in a nearby kindergarten. A former Scout leader, she was keen to return to a project with strong values, and to continue her involvement with children, as she had been doing for many years. Her creativity and gentleness are already delighting each and every one of the Preschool's children!
Isabelle
was won over by the vitality and richness of Les Bons Enfants educational project as well as by the investment of the professionals who make this project come alive on a daily basis. She supports the team's reflection, but also that of the parents who wish to discuss questions concerning their child and their position as educator. Her punctual presence and her training as a psychologist make it easier to take a step back and understand situations more precisely, and thus to better adjust to the needs of each child.
Early childhood educator,
Carole
was seduced by the Jardin des Bons Enfants' pedagogical project and took over its management. A mother of four and with many years' experience in kindergartens and nursery schools, Carole brings to the Jardin the benefit of her pedagogical resources as well as her dynamism with the little ones! She is surrounded by a formidable team, ready to listen to families, to bring this new project to fruition!
Childcare assistant,
Valérie
has put her professional skills at the service of Le Jardin des Bons Enfants since it opened. She attaches particular importance to co-educating the children, in collaboration with their parents. Valérie joins Carole's team to pass on to the children the values she holds dear: service and sharing!
Anne
has just joined us. An experienced educator, Anne is passionate about educating young children. She is particularly keen to help them develop their abilities. Le Jardin's children are fortunate to benefit from Anne's gentleness and patience!
Les Bons Enfants childcare takes its name from the title of a novel by the Comtesse de Ségur. The stories features children with a fertile and sometimes overflowing imagination. "It was when her sixteenth grandchildren arrived that she thought of writing. Sixteen little devils full of life, turbulence and joy, sixteen little guys and girls whose games, teasing and kindness were the best inspiration as for her writing. "Back cover of Les Bons Enfants, Bibliothèque Rose 1982.
