Sports program
At Les Bons Enfants, our pedagogy is designed to help children develop in all their dimensions, not least the physical... especially through our sports activities in Boulogne-Billancourt!
Thanks to the presence of an experienced sports enthusiast and athlete, who is also following a specialized training course, we offer children the chance to practice and discover a range of sporting disciplines, including ball games, fencing and climbing.
Because we want to give sport its full meaning, as Aimé Jacquet summed it up: "Giving, receiving, sharing: these fundamental virtues of the sportsman and sportswoman are part of every fashion and every era. They are sport."
So let's head for the world of sport and all its values!
Children can choose from a variety of sports, including curling, basketball, archery, badminton, laser tag and many more. These stimulating sports activities encourage children to develop their motor skills, concentration and team spirit while having fun.
Whether you're looking for a field day out or a discovery activity, here's a list of all the sports activities that children can enjoy at Les Bons Enfants, thanks to dedicated facilities adapted to their age, environment and level!
Mini golf initiation for children
During mini-golf initiation sessions for your child, the Boulogne-Billancourt premises are transformed for the occasion, with an extra installation of small grass areas! Children learn how to handle a golf club and adjust their shots to pass obstacles on dedicated courses.
Mini golf encourages children to work on their dexterity as well as mastering their strength. It's a great way for them to get to know themselves and their bodies.
Our archery shop has bows adapted to children's sizes, safe arrows and easily transportable targets.
Grown-ups can take advantage of Rothschild Park to hit the bull's-eye further and further away!
Younger children can practice on our premises, taking careful aim at targets set at the right distance.
Our introduction to archery requires great concentration and skill on the part of the children. They learn how to use the right amount of force while aiming correctly.
Our tables are transformed into playgrounds by the addition of nets, to the delight of older children. As for the little ones, they benefit from cardboard supports adapted to their size to learn to play and gain in precision thanks to the introduction to ping-pong for children at our crèche in Boulogne-Billancourt!
As well as requiring skill, ping-pong is above all an opposition sport. It's a sport that encourages children to be strategic: making quick choices while sending the ball in the right direction!
Thanks to the plastic foils available in our armory, children can be introduced to the orders and traditions of this demanding sport. Actions such as banding, beating and leaping no longer hold any secrets for them! And our master has some of his most secret boots in store for them...
Fencing is a sport in which children have to defend and attack very quickly, which requires reactivity and, above all, a great deal of observation. This introduction to fencing for children also helps develop agility.
With its simple rules, children's Mölkky is a sport suitable for young and old alike! Children work on their throwing skills and concentration, while learning to establish a team strategy. And to make matters worse, you have to do the math to win!
Children take over the facilities of the Square Léon Blum for an introduction to children's basketball in Boulogne-Billancourt! They practice shooting and the many facets of passing: the ground pass, the direct pass, the one-handed pass... and much more!
Basketball is a great way for kids to build team spirit and learn to play together. What's more, this sport requires a great deal of coordination: children have to learn to move while dribbling, an exercise that can seem very difficult!
With rackets in hand, children can play badminton both on our premises and in the Parc Rothschild when the weather is fine! They're encouraged to adjust their shots according to their opponents, as there are many different ways of sending the shuttlecock! And we have different sizes of racket to ensure that all children are comfortable.
As in ping-pong, children need to make quick decisions to throw the ball where their opponent can't get it.
What's more, our introduction to badminton for kids has another special feature: children need to learn how to move the ball efficiently, so that they can return the shuttlecock without tiring.
We've set up a large field in Rothschild Park, enabling children to revisit their Frisbee game. They learn to occupy space in an agile team with the aim of scoring goals. This introduction to children's ultimate encourages their physical and mental development by encouraging them to run, jump, throw and think strategically as a team. Through this fun activity, children will also learn to communicate effectively with their teammates.
Young and old alike are equipped with balls and learn the many rules of outdoor volleyball. This sport teaches them the importance of foot and arm coordination, on the ground and in the air, when moving around the playing field.
During a game of volleyball, the children also work on team cohesion, which is very important in this sport.
We're off to Arkose's premises in Boulogne to take advantage of their climbing gym reserved for children. Under the supervision of the team, children discover how to climb on walls of varying degrees of difficulty, thus strengthening all their motor skills!
One of the main benefits of climbing is that children learn to overcome their fear of heights and heights.
This entertaining activity is an opportunity for children to develop their coordination, concentration and team spirit. Thanks to our croquet initiation program in Boulogne-Billancourt, children will learn to respect the rules, while demonstrating fair play. Nursery professionals are on hand to supervise them and guarantee a safe, caring environment. This activity gives them the opportunity to learn while having fun, and to socialize with other children their age.
Once again, Rothschild Park lends itself perfectly to baseball! Equipped with a bat, each child takes it in turns to run the bases and score runs for his or her team. Catch!
Baseball demands precision and reactivity, and requires maximum concentration.
Children discover a new ball size for outdoor handball, the ultimate team sport. They learn to situate themselves in space to dribble strategically with the ball or pass to a teammate.
We replace the ice with our parquet floor to introduce children to this precision sport! Handling the curling stone encourages them to concentrate and coordinate their movements. Our equipment is suitable for indoor use and for children of all sizes. This initiation to children's curling in Boulogne-Billancourt is both stimulating and sporty, and develops children's spirit of cooperation, mutual aid and good understanding, while providing fun in a caring environment.
We equip our premises with judo mats, and the children don kimonos for the occasion! Listening and balance are key to assimilating the various practices of this martial art and beating your opponent!
Children learn to control their strength, because judo is a combat sport where the aim is not to hurt your opponent, but to subdue him. Respect is a pillar of this sport!
We take advantage of the large space in Parc Rothschild to organize an orienteering race with different markers to punch. Each small group of children learns to use a compass to set off on their quest!
Orienteering is a great way for children to find their bearings in space, while at the same time being autonomous!
Just like curling, we use our wooden floor as a playing surface! Children use a stick to move the puck from player to player, towards the opponent's goal. In this way, they practise the precision of their movements to handle the puck with dexterity!
This fun and entertaining activity will enable children to develop their team spirit, agility and thinking skills while having fun. They can also learn to channel their energy by playing as a group, while respecting the rules of the game. They'll be able to enjoy themselves in complete safety, in a caring environment supervised by professionals. This initiation to laser games for children in Boulogne-Billancourt is an opportunity to make new friends and enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Les Bons Enfants childcare takes its name from the title of a novel by the Comtesse de Ségur. The stories features children with a fertile and sometimes overflowing imagination. "It was when her sixteenth grandchildren arrived that she thought of writing. Sixteen little devils full of life, turbulence and joy, sixteen little guys and girls whose games, teasing and kindness were the best inspiration as for her writing.
